Just a few memories of my friend, Jo.

Created by Jackie 3 years ago

I have many wonderful memories of my strong, devoted, selfless colleague and dear friend, from trips to the vineyard with Jenny and Josie, to coffee and cake in the art cafe in Abergavenny with Gabs and for being the one to stay dancing the longest with me at special events!

Jo was always busy, a day off for Jo was a swift walk up the Sugar Loaf! She loved the outdoors and we spent some fabulous days in the Gower, BBQ's in the sand dunes with our hubbies and walking with friends on the beach.

She was a dedicated, devoted and energetic teacher, the children of St David's loved 'Mrs Cavalli' and she taught most of their mums and dad's too! She shared her passion for sports, enabling the children to win countless athletics trophies in the National Leckwith Championships. And she gave up her time for many years to take children away for a week on outward bound PGL trips, creating fabulous memories that I am sure won't be forgotten.

To witness her zest for life was a thing of joy. She was rightly proud of her amazing children, Al and Fran. Her loving family were her world.

I have never known anyone who was a strong as my beautiful friend. I used to call her "warrior woman."

I am so proud and privileged to have known you, you will be forever in my heart. Be at peace now Jo. God bless  ❤️
